The Antetokounmpo Family

 

    With an absurd 7 foot wingspan, Giannis Antetokounmpo is unlike anything we have ever seen before.

    Combine this otherworldly length with basketball intelligence and Giannis becomes a player that any team would like to have.. But what is it like to be his brother?

  Thanasis Antetokounmpo is the older brother of Giannis, and he had a brief stint with the New York Knicks. Thanasis was tired of all of the comparisons to his brother, but that never got between them. "It was never about me versus him, we both wanted to make the league, but he stopped growing at 6-7, so its unfair to compare our games" Giannis said.      His career stats (if he doesnt get another chance) sit at 3 Points Per Game, .5 Rebounds per game and 1 foul per game on 75% shooting (3/4). This means Thanasis' per 36 minute stats are a whopping 36 PPG and 18 RPG When these stats were brought to the attention of Thanasis, he smiled and said, "If one thing is for certain, I gave it my all on the court all six minutes I was out there,  my per 36 stats stack up with anybody in the league"

     Definitely not lacking confidence, us here at Imagine That Sports are petitioning for Kostas to get a longer look in the NBA! Heck, he couldn't make the Kings any worse...
